"Du pur bonheur! Le Café du Commerce, c’est une bulle de chaleur et de joie de vivre. On s’y sent bien dès l’entrée, comme à la maison. La cuisine est généreuse, savoureuse, profondément réconfortante. Les daubes et carbonades, longuement mijotées, sont un pur délice, pleines de goût et d’âme. Un lieu où l’on sent l’amour de la vie, du partage et du bien manger. On repart heureux, rassasié et avec l’envie de revenir très vite."

"Super bien accueilli. Groupe de 6, excellent accueil, très bonnes entrées, sauté de veau très tendre, desserts maison... On recommande. Petit plus avec la petite Prune offerte en fin de repas, et grosse rigolade avec le chef qui a un très bon sens du service... Bravo... La team de Tatie Suze..."

"The best bar in Foix by far, yes it gets busy and yes it can take time to be served but realise its a popular bar so get used to it. The owner is friendly and always welcoming, whenever in Foix this is where I make for. Hadn't been there for four years but he remembered us. The Lavazza coffee is another reason to go there"
